THE ARONIA BERRY ( CHOKE BERRY)

It grows everywhere here, it's even known to be more potent then Elderberry!

It's taken me a while to jump on board with this one ( don't know why) but I LOVE IT! It's sooooo versatile and yummy. I actually buy the Aronia Powder (from any health food store) I add it to smoothies and my nightly cacao for extra superfood blast.

I plan on making an ARONIA BERRY SALAD DRESSING TOMORROW (using aronia juice)

SO, WHAT'S SOOO great about them?

Historically, they've been used by native american tribes to make tea and treat colds. They are considered one of the richest sources of plant antioxidants (verrry important) and loaded with bioflavinoids.They can help fight insulin resistance and improve liver health.

Just choke these tart ones down, or find the juice, powder or dried berries.
